Welcome to the Pharm to Table Resources section; a curated list of the things I use and strongly recommend.
I have tested every recommendation on this page. Many of the services are ones that we order from regularly.

This is by far the best line of beauty products I have come across, I’ve seen other companies that are supposed to be “natural” and nothing I have seen has as pure ingredients as this company has. Some of my favorites are the Brightening Serum, Purity Hydrating Tonic, Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream, Cherry Honey Facial Scrub, and Bright Eyes Mask. I can’t wait to try the new anti-aging line soon!
We started using Thrive Market because frankly when you are eating natural wholesome foods some products can get expensive. We definitely have saved way more than the annual fee. Our favorite things to order from here are Coconut Aminos, the Primal Kitchen Salad Dressings, Beef Jerky, Natural Haircare Products, Safe Catch Tuna, and Thrive Market Nut butters. The best part is you can try it for 30 days for free! Use this link for 25% off your order.
They offer an affordable meal-plan service that is a great way to reduce food waste, and still eat healthy, organic, high quality ingredients! Plus you don’t have to think about what to put on your meal schedule! Save $35 dollars with the link above. For a more detailed review click here.

We love shopping for bulk nuts and dried fruit on Nuts.com. One of my husband’s favorite waffle recipes is a Paleo recipe by Against All Grain made with cashews. We get the bulk bags of cashew pieces because its cheaper. Grab some today via this link and head on over to this site to try the recipe!
Young Living Essential Oils I have loved learning about essential oils, while they are natural, they are potent and need to be used with care and caution in certain age groups or in individuals with seizure disorders or respiratory conditions like asthma and COPD. Make sure you check with your healthcare provider and/or do your own research before using. And always dilute when you apply topically! I recently joined Young Living because I’m excited about the opportunity to talk about essential oil safety! Healthcare professionals need to be educated on oils as well. Some of my favorite oils include orange and lemon oils for diffusing or making homemade cleaning products. Lavender or vetiver oils are a go to for helping our daughter relax at night. Sometimes I add some frankincense to her diffuser too. Speaking of diffusers, they have some good options, I personally recommend the Rainstone diffuser! They even have a new line of baby products and make-up!
Vital Proteins is my favorite company that produces collagen from a grass-fed source. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and is a key constituent of all connective tissues. Collagen provides the infrastructure of the musculoskeletal system, essential for mobility. Many people including myself have noticed improvements in skin, hair, and gut health by taking collagen. They also offer a line of products now that include collagen like coffee creamer and matcha powder. I have been enjoying the collagen matcha in the morning to help me start my day on the right foot. They also have gelatin that can be used to make a super simple homemade jello that my daughter loves.
