For women 35–65 who are done being told they're fine

Your labs are normal you are not

fifteen minutes to find out why

You've been exhausted for years. Your stomach decides what you can wear. The weight won't move no matter how carefully you eat. And every appointment ends the same way: everything looks normal.

A PharmToTable pharmacist consultation

What we'll actually do

a free fifteen minute call with a pharmtotable pharmacist
  • MIN 1–3
You talk. We listen. Your top two or three symptoms, how long they've run, and what you've already tried. No forms first. No intake packet. Just the story nobody has had time to hear.
  • MIN 4–10
We name the system that's likely driving it. Gut, hormones, blood sugar, or stress response. Your pharmacist will tell you which one your symptom pattern points to and why. You leave with a working theory even if you never become a patient.
  • MIN 11–15
We tell you whether testing would tell you anything new. Which labs would answer your specific question, which would waste your money, and what care with us would cost and require. Then you decide. Nothing is decided on this call.

You have not been imagining this

and you are not a difficult patient

Normal is a range built from a population that includes a lot of unwell people. Landing inside it is not the same as feeling well. If any of these are true, the call is worth fifteen minutes of your day.

  • You plan your day around a bathroom. Bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea you've quietly reorganized your life around.

  • You eat less than everyone you know and weigh more. The strategies that worked at 32 stopped working somewhere around 45.

  • Your energy runs out before your day does. Not tired. Depleted, by two in the afternoon, every afternoon.

  • Your moods, sleep, and cycles stopped being predictable. And you were told this is just what happens now.

  • You're afraid of where this is heading. A parent with diabetes. A grandmother with heart disease. A number on a lab report that's creeping.

Each of these has a mechanism behind it. Mechanisms can be tested. Tested things can be changed.

Why you want a pharmacist for this

biochemistry experts who will not take your medications away

Pharmacists are biochemistry experts. Six to eight years of training in how molecules behave inside a human body, and for some of us, residency training beyond that. It is the discipline that sits underneath everything else in medicine.

Which means we are not chasing symptoms. Everything we do — lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation where it's genuinely needed — is aimed at one thing: restoring the optimal biochemistry and physiology your body was built to run on. When those are right, the symptoms tend to resolve on their own.

We know what your drugs do

Metformin depletes B12. PPIs blunt mineral absorption. Statins affect CoQ10. Birth control shifts your nutrient status. Pharmacists spend years on exactly this, and it is very often part of the answer.

We won't put you at risk

Supplements interact with prescriptions. Berberine and metformin stack. Herbals change how your liver clears things. We're the people trained to catch that before it becomes a problem, not after.

We work alongside your physician

Not against them. Nothing changes without your prescriber. Our goal is fewer medications because you no longer need them, not because someone told you to stop.

How we get you an answer

the pharmtotable thriving framework

Three phases. In order. Nothing skipped, because skipping is why the last thing didn't work.

01

Comprehensive assessment

A full functional health history and a lab plan built for your question, not a panel someone bought in bulk. Gut microbiome, hormone panels, metabolic markers, continuous glucose monitoring where it earns its place. Then a pharmacist reads it line by line and tells you what it means.

02

Personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan

Precision nutrition with a certified specialist, stress and sleep strategies that fit the life you actually have, and a supplement routine that is targeted, finite, and reviewed against every medication you take.

03

Ongoing support and optimization

Continued pharmacist engagement, nutrition follow-ups, and private coaching calls. Because the first protocol is a hypothesis. The next six months are where it becomes your life.

Who reads your labs

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) — six to eight years of training in biochemistry, physiology, and how substances act in the human body. Several of our pharmacists are residency trained beyond that.
  • Board certified clinical pharmacists — trained in the long-term management of chronic conditions, not just dispensing
  • Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) on staff for the food half of the plan

Every plan reviewed by a pharmacist

"Within weeks the bloating and constipation I had lived with for years were gone. It was the first time anyone looked for a cause instead of handing me something to cover it up."

Sara L. — gut health patient

"My A1C came down, the weight came off, and I'm on less medication than when I started. I didn't think that was still possible for me."

Kevin — metabolic health patient

"Some cycles I was bleeding for almost two weeks. I followed my plan, and one cycle in, my period was two to four days shorter."

Kara — hormone patient

This call is not for everyone

we would rather tell you now than take your money

Fifteen minutes of a pharmacist's time is worth protecting. Here is who should book, and who genuinely should not.

Book the call if

  • Your symptoms have outlasted a normal lab report
  • You want to understand the cause, not just quiet the symptom
  • You're willing to change what you eat and how you sleep
  • You want someone to check your supplements against your prescriptions
  • You've tried the internet's version of this and want a clinician instead

Please don't book if

  • You're looking for a prescription weight loss drug and nothing else
  • You want testing without a plan attached to it
  • You need urgent or emergency care — call your physician
  • You want to stop your medications immediately, on your own
  • You're not able to invest anything in your health right now, and that's okay

Before you book

the questions everyone asks
Is this just a sales call?

It's a fit call, and you get something out of it either way. In fifteen minutes we tell you which system your symptoms point to and whether testing would answer your question. If we're not the right people, we'll say so and tell you who is. You will not be asked to decide anything on the call.

What does it cost after the call?

The call is free. If you move forward, you'll choose between a functional medicine new patient appointment or a program package. Costs and what's included are covered plainly on the call, before you're asked to commit to anything. There are no surprises later.

Will you make me stop my medications?

No. We're pharmacists. Nothing changes without your prescriber. Over time many patients need less medication because the underlying driver was addressed, but that's an outcome, never a starting instruction.

I've tried elimination diets, probiotics, and three practitioners. Why would this be different?

Because most of those start with a protocol and hope it fits. We start with your history and your data, and the protocol comes last. If your bloating is bacterial overgrowth, a probiotic can make it worse. Order matters, and getting the order right is most of the work.

Do you take insurance?

Functional medicine services are self-pay. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds. Some testing may be billable through your insurance and we'll tell you which, and what it typically runs, before you order anything.

I hate phone calls. Is there another way?

Yes. Choose a secure messaging visit and we'll do the same conversation by text, on your schedule. Same pharmacist, same questions answered, no appointment on your calendar.

Fifteen minutes against fifteen years

you have waited long enough for an answer

Bring your two worst symptoms and your last lab report. Leave with a theory about why, and a clear sense of whether we're the right people to help you prove it.
