I believe healthcare should feel personalized, collaborative and empowering. My background as both a pharmacist and wellness professional allows me to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and lifestyle-focused wellness support in a way that is practical, evidence-informed and approachable.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. I take time to understand the full picture including medications, supplements, lifestyle habits, stress, nutrition, movement and personal goals to help individuals create realistic and sustainable strategies that fit their lives.
Whether someone is looking to proactively optimize their health, better understand their body or navigate existing health concerns with additional support, my goal is to help them feel informed, supported and more connected to their overall wellbeing.
My goal is not simply to provide information, but to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of their health and create meaningful, sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing. Through personalized guidance, education and collaborative support, clients often gain greater clarity, confidence and direction surrounding their health goals.
Together, we focus on creating realistic strategies that support energy, metabolic health, resilience, daily function and overall quality of life while helping individuals feel more empowered in their healthcare journey.

My interest in integrative and functional wellness developed through both my professional experiences in healthcare and my personal journey toward understanding the deeper connections between stress, lifestyle, movement, nutrition and overall wellbeing. Throughout my career as a pharmacist and educator, I saw how many people were struggling not only with chronic disease, but also with feeling disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by health information and unsure how to create sustainable change.
Over time, this led me to explore a more whole-person approach to wellness through additional training in yoga, mindfulness, lifestyle medicine and integrative health practices. I became increasingly passionate about helping individuals move beyond simply managing symptoms and instead better understand the patterns, habits and lifestyle factors that influence how they feel each day.
I value approaches that are practical, evidence-informed and individualized. My goal is to help people feel supported, educated and empowered while creating realistic strategies that align with both their health goals and their everyday lives.
