We have these beautiful houses reserved for the retreat which will be September 20-24th, 2023. The schedule is forthcoming, but arrival will be Wednesday, Sept 20th, Retreat 21/22nd, FxPS 23rd, Departure 24th.
I will be driving from Ohio for anyone that would like a ride. 🙂 If you are also driving to the event, please let me know. I will create a spreadsheet.
Estimated full cost $700 for housing/food/event ticket(Grand ole Opry again maybe?!), Conference fee estimate $250.
Due to planning to have space for everyone, I need to collect a non-refundable deposit to help with the upfront costs of booking the homes. So please reserve your spot by March 1st! (if something happens and you can’t go and we fill the spot with someone else, I can refund the deposit) Also if we don’t have enough people to fill the 2nd house by July (when we can still cancel one) we will discuss options.
For payment, the best option is you can select Venmo at check out and then Venmo me @melody-hartzler. This helps me not lose the money for the houses on fees but still track the payments here! But if that’s not an option, you can use the credit card feature to check out like normal. Thanks! 🙂
