A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy, she worked in community pharmacy for over 12 years in Madison and across Wisconsin before stepping into the Functional Medicine world and founding Offbeat Health, LLC.

Dr. Grams is a small town, Wisconsin-raised girl who struggled to find deep fulfillment in her life. Throughout her twenties, having a good job, getting married and traveling brought contentment, but she knew deep down that something was still missing. Something she couldn't quite put her finger on.
With a passion for the environment, she felt as though she was living two separate lives - one as an imperfect zero-waste advocate running a global plastic-free support group and the other as a pharmacist in the community. It was discovering Functional Medicine that finally joined the two sides together - the health of the planet impacts the health of the people living on it, and finally everything made sense!
After initially resisting the career shift, coaching helped Dr. Grams to overcome her own anxiety, gain confidence and fully pursue her desire to help others. It was also through this that she finally embraced the life coach within her and is now able to share these gifts of finding clarity and purpose with her clients.
