Her personal functional medicine journey began as she saw patients not seeing benefits from many of the medications they were taking. Going to a conference on the importance of nutritional value in food, she saw how much different things could be. This led her to start examining her chronic fatigue and never feeling like she was energetic enough to get through the day. Making lifestyle changes and dietary changes she was able to start seeing herself have more energy. This has led her to want to help others find the solutions to their health concerns that they just power through every day.
