I joined the program to reset myself after splurging for the holidays.
Probably the most challenging part about the program was meal prepping and cooking. But that is part of living a healthier lifestyle. I definitely noticed a difference almost right away. I became more regular, had energy and just felt better overall. I had very little bloating, if any, which is common for me.
I loved having a meal plan provided and the support of the team to share successes and failures with during the program.
I also really liked the emphasis on all the ways we need to detox in our lives. I'm actually looking forward to doing this program again!
