21 Day Transformation


Interested in learning how to apply the things you learned at The Stress Solution Summit? If you were unable to attend, this is still a great opportunity to work with a health coach to apply the changes needed to transform your stress.

This challenge will include:

  • 3 one-hour health coach visits via Zoom Tuesday evenings 6/1, 6/8, 6/15 at 7pm MST
    • We will discuss dietary, lifestyle, and mindset changes and implementation
    • Opportunity to get coached live on your specific goal implementation or personal challenges
  • 7-day diet, nutrition, & lifestyle baseline journal
  • Followed by 14-day rebalancing diet & lifestyle practices journal
  • Access to a functional health coach throughout entire 21-days
