The COSMOS-Mind study is a groundbreaking new study that found that three years of multivitamin use improved global cognition, episodic memory, and executive function.⁣

This is HUGE because these are exactly the functions that tend to decline (rather than improve) as we get older.⁣
⁣
You may be thinking this is too good to be true, but this was a 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 study!⁣

-It was a randomized controlled trial (RCT), which is the gold standard of clinical evidence. ⁣
-It lasted for 3 years. Most RCTs last for only a few months.⁣
-It included a relatively large sample size (2,262 participants), with both men and women.⁣
⁣
What does this all mean? It means we can actually trust the results.⁣
⁣
